We come here quite often, and at least this time they had bread, but the food was warm at best and not a half hour after I ate, I was completely sick to my stomach

It was fine. Typically Panera. The ciabatta egg and cheese was OK. Nothing to write home about. I added salt and pepper to give more flavor. Server was nice.
