Kevin is awesome and truly one of the best servers there. The food is consistently great, the service is always on point, and Stella is awesome too and makes the experience even better every time.

Such a cute, cozy place for a nice dinner! Stella is really a HoCo gem in Ellicott City. Delicious italian meals, & a great selection of drinks. I had shrimp & crab pasta & it was delicious....
