Too bad there is no lower than one star. I visited Visual Eyes in 2023. Paid my bill. Service was good. then in 2025 I get contacted by a collection agency that I owe $120. Sad. I don't owe...

It was wonderful. The front desk staff is amazing. I always go to this location and the staff is very professional with excellent customer service.

Very quick and highly professional! 5 minute waiting time, easy payment methods, very hygienic.

The waiting time it's the worse, the staff is kind but they take too long with each patient, talking something else besides the glasses thing.
