ZIPS Cleaners

The cleaning was ok . On my linen pieces I thought they would use starch but maybe I should have ask to add starch . Next time I will specify.

I would not recommend this cleaners at all. They lack professionalism, accountability, and basic communication. They broke a belt I entrusted to them and took 11 weeks to attempt to fix it....

I like the express pick up upon arrival at the store. You bypass the line at the door which can be quite long.

This was my first time utilizing the services of ZIPS. The employee that helped me was most knowledgeable and made the process easy. Dropped my jackets off at 8 am and was able to pick them up...

The worst i took 6 shirts to them and three of them came back with these hideous yellow stains i really want to find a way to get my money back for the clothes they ruined
