Had lunch at the 99 today. Smothered steak tips are 28.99 on the menu at the restaurant. On line it says 31.49. Is an additional charge for delivery? Service was excellent. Food was good. Curious...

The food is ok and it's always been a decent place to get dinner. But his past time was t was very different. Our server was not great and the drinks were very poor. My martini arrived 1/2 full....
