My parents started RER in Bedford in 1977 with one oil truck and a telephone. Thanks to loyal and satisfied customers we have grown tremendously since then. We now offer heating and cooling sales and service and specialize in quality products like System 2000, SpacePak, and radiant heat. We have full time licensed employees and a building with a fully equipped stock room and offices. My father has taught me a lot about this business, but the one most important thing he has taught me is our philosophy: This philosophy may sound simple or old-fashioned, but it works. At RER, there are no customer services representatives and no automated phone systems. When you call, you'll speak to a real person immediately. If you have a problem or concern, you deal directly with me. It's my company and my reputation at stake, so when I say it will cost a certain amount, that is what it will cost. When I say you will be satisfied with my work, that means that I'm not done with the job until you are.
