<p>The Society consists of descendants of the Pilgrim John Howland, one of the 102 English passengers who came to New England from Holland and England aboard the ship Mayflower in 1620.<br />John Howland was born about 1592/3. He came to Plymouth on the Mayflower in 1620 as a servant to John Carver. During the Atlantic voyage, he was swept overboard and rescued. He also served as a member of the party that explored Cape Cod before the landing in Plymouth.<br /><br />Come inside for a educational adventure of John Howland and this fellow Pilgrim forefathers.</p>
