Colin Smith Architecture Inc is a group of focused professionals committed to creating simple, artful and memorable places. Since its founding in 2002, Colin Smith Architecture has devoted a significant portion of its time and talent to developing a diverse portfolio of work including commercial, retail, office and planning with an emphasis on residential architecture.Our office is passionate about the creation of space within the human context for the human experience. We search for solutions that hold value to our clients, are meaningful to their context and the needs they reflect is the focus of our mission as designers. To streamline the design and drawing process, REVIT - a Building Information Modeling ( BIM ) platform - is used extensively for presentations, construction documents and coordination amongst consultants. Our ability to use all forms of media strengthens our communication with the entire project team and ultimately the client.
