Dr. Lichter graduated from Suny Downstate Medical School. He completed two years of general surgery training and two years of emergency medicine private practice before beginning his training in obstetrics and gynecology at the Beth Isreal Hospital. Upon completion of his residency program, he joined the full time faculty of the Beth Israel Hospital as an Instructor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Biology. His private practice has since moved from the hospital to a more private setting at 1180 Beacon Street, Brookline. In addition to Dr. Lichter, the practice offers a Nurse Practitioner for routine and urgent care.
