Fidelity House Human Services, located in Lawrence, Mass., is a nonprofit agency providing information, services and choices to individuals with disabilities. It offers services in three areas, such as family, home and community. Its children and family service groups assists individuals from the age of 3 through adulthood by providing intensive case management, educational and behavioral consultation, parent training and family support, family therapy, flexible funding, and recreational activities. Its Latino medical services include English as a second language classes for Latin families. It assists them to overcome language barriers, and also offers translation, liaison with physicians and transportation support. The agency offers residential services through more than 15 homes located throughout the Merrimack Valley and has 24-hours staffing facility. It organizes summer camps and outings, such as theater, sporting events, art classes, bowling, movies and concerts.
