Artisan bakery whose offerings include a variety of handmade artisan breads, viennoiserie, bagels, cookies, biscotti and pizza as well as locally roasted coffee and coffee beans. Breads are made in-house daily with a natural levain created by Hearth's owner Peter Nyberg more than 25 years ago. Open 7 days/week at 6am, excluding some major holidays.

Top-Notch Bakery! Don't come here looking for fancy pastries or picture-perfect cakes -- that's not the game they're playing. Sure, they've got some killer cookies and that sweet crumb cake...

So many choices! Everything in the store looked amazing. I couldn't decide what to get. Ended up getting a sausage egg and cheese sandwich, a cinnamon roll, a danish, and some cookies. Everyone...

Rainy Day Monday....@websterbuffa88 and I were dropping off my Car...so I can get 2 new Tires on it...we were Starving, we ended up going to Hearth Artisan Bread in Plymouth, so much good Breads...

Today I phoned an order in for one breakfast sandwich. 45 minutes later it was ready. While it is delicious, as usual, I am very disappointed in how long it took and the staff's reaction....
