Super rude. Brought in some pants to be altered. There were a few dog hairs on them. He refused to alter them unless we washed them because of the smell. The pants were brand new

We got our wedding dress and wedding suit dry cleaned here a few days back. The dress was incredibly dirty from the rain and he made it look brand new! Would absolutely recommend this to anyone...
