I am Jake Zagata, a residential and commercial building inspector with 35+ years of experience serving clients in Eastern MA and Southern NH. I am an advocate for my clients, educating and providing tools so the client can make an informed decision and have a thorough understanding of the property. I provide narrative reports with photographs and summary video clips identifying and explaining issues and concerns. Roofs may be laddered to physically inspect areas that cannot be seen from the ground or with binoculars. I look for the root causes of building issues which helps to determine resolves. I educate clients to understand the property, pros and cons and provide insight for the future. I serve one client a day.
