Rocketsports Racing, headquartered in East Lansing, Mich., has been operational for more than 20 years. It organizes car racing competitions and specializes in engineering, designing and manufacturing of racing car engines, chassis design and construction. The company was established in 1998 and has a more than 28,000-square-foot manufacturing space. The facility features a truck bay, areas for storage and cleaning, parts inspection and computerized numerically controlled machine rooms. It also has a machine shop that stocks welding equipment, and car parts and accessories. It hosts various racing competitions, such as the Champ Car World Series, Trans-Am Series and Grand American Rolex Series. The company has manufactured more than 75 cars and over 100 engines, including the Oldsmobile Aurora engine. Rocketsports has a car racing team that has won more than 66 victories sponsored by various car manufacturers, such as Chevrolet, Oldsmobile, the Ford Mustang and Jaguar.
