Founded in 1929, the Novi Fire Department provides a variety of public education, life support, and fire code enforcement, safety and prevention programs. Located in Novi, Mich., it offers emergency response to various incidents, including automatic fire alarms, smoke detector activations, and trash, brush, grass, vehicle, structure, and garages and outbuilding fires. The department additionally provides architectural analysis, needs assessment and cardiopulmonary resuscitation training services. It also offers emergency medical, plan reviewing, and fire suppression, investigation and inspection solutions. In addition, the department provides fire hydrant, building and apparatus maintenance services.
