Formed in 1982, Etkin Equities is a Michigan-based full-service commercial real estate organization that owns and manages a portfolio of more than 7.5 million square feet, including 64 office properties and corporate headquarters, light industrial buildings, retail centers and hotels. In addition to property management services, it offers fee management and development services to a select number of third party clients. The firm owns/manages various properties, such as 1111 Long Lake, 1401 Crooks, 38500 Woodward, 975 Opdyke, etc.
