Chico's started in 1983 as a small boutique selling Mexican folk art on Sanibel Island in Florida. This was my favorite Chico's Boutique (years ago)...when Donna and Jill worked there. The staff since then, and as of late, is so nasty acting!!!! The personal service just isn't there. I darn...
