With several years of mortgage experience, Maddie has been helping buyers achieve their homeownership goals and walking them through the steps to make it a seamless process. Being a recent first time homebuyer herself, she is passionate about helping other first time homebuyers and is exceptionally knowledgeable in the products available to them. Maddie serves as a partner on the Joseph Team alongside Joe Joseph, Joseph Sambaer, and Sam Fata; originating purchases, refinances and home equity loans. The Joseph Team has been an industry leader in the state of Michigan since 2005 and we look forward to continuing to serve our community to meet their mortgage and financial needs.

Judy grew up in the banking industry as she started working while attending Western Michigan University as a Teller and customer service specialist. Upon Graduating with her BBA with a concentration in Finance and Accounting, she obtained her licenses for Life, Variable Contracts, and Series 6. As an accomplished top producer in the Investment markets, she decided to continue exploring opportunities to help and assist with borrowers’ full financial needs. With her passion to help others, it was the opportunity of Community lending that encouraged Judy to follow into mortgage lending. It is her focus to find and know the opportunities that are available for First Time buyers, as well as know the market that exists for all borrowers.

Michael Unkovich has over 20 years of experience as a Mortgage Banker. He is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he received a degree in Finance. After graduation, he dove into the world of financial banking and successfully built a reputation as a productive; efficient, customer service oriented mortgage banker. Michael has expanded his expertise in his field as a Senior Mortgage Banker for Dart Bank; a local institution with strong ties to the community in which they reside. Throughout his career, Michael has helped thousands of individuals, young professionals, growing families and empty nesters identify and select the most appropriate product that fits their financial needs, budget and goals.
