With several years of mortgage experience, Maddie has been helping buyers achieve their homeownership goals and walking them through the steps to make it a seamless process. Being a recent first time homebuyer herself, she is passionate about helping other first time homebuyers and is exceptionally knowledgeable in the products available to them. Maddie serves as a partner on the Joseph Team alongside Joe Joseph, Joseph Sambaer, and Sam Fata; originating purchases, refinances and home equity loans. The Joseph Team has been an industry leader in the state of Michigan since 2005 and we look forward to continuing to serve our community to meet their mortgage and financial needs.

Judy grew up in the banking industry as she started working while attending Western Michigan University as a Teller and customer service specialist. Upon Graduating with her BBA with a concentration in Finance and Accounting, she obtained her licenses for Life, Variable Contracts, and Series 6. As an accomplished top producer in the Investment markets, she decided to continue exploring opportunities to help and assist with borrowers’ full financial needs. With her passion to help others, it was the opportunity of Community lending that encouraged Judy to follow into mortgage lending. It is her focus to find and know the opportunities that are available for First Time buyers, as well as know the market that exists for all borrowers.

Mike began his financial career on the trading floor at the Mercantile Exchange in Chicago. He then joined Providence Mortgage Company and moved up the ranks to Company Manager and Senior Loan Officer. He spent 4 years working at Northpointe Bank in Grand Rapids as their Michigan Market Manager. He has been working in the Mortgage world for 17 years, with Mike’s diverse career, and extensive experience at the Lansing Home Loan Center, he is well rounded and experienced. Understanding chemistry helps you understand the world around you and that is significant when researching the best mortgage programs for his clients’ lifestyles and budgets. Mike’s clients appreciate his creative and explorative mind.
