History

Founder and Director Sybil Yeaman has been working in medical management in Phoenix, Arizona for more than twenty years. She's seen the expectations for compliance develop and change, and she knows the impacts HIPAA and OSHA have on real-world businesses in a real-world marketplace. She also knows how little time a practice manager has to devote to a compliance strategy when there's a business to run. She established Dynamic Practice Development, LLC in 2014 to provide the tools a practice needs to establish or maintain compliance. Her son Aaron became a HIPAA Privacy and OSHA expert and also joined the business in 2014. In 2015, Sybil's daughter Rachelle was brought on the team as a marketing consultant, making DPD to be a family-owned business.
