Kewadin Casino, Manistique, located on US-2 west of the Mackinaw Bridge, is open 365 days a year. The casino offers Las Vegas-style gaming that includes Black Jack, Roulette, Craps, three-card Poker, two-deck Pitch and Let It Ride. Its hotel, the Kewadin Casino Inn of Manistique, is just one and a half miles west of the casino. While entertaining at Kewadin, customers can enjoy dining at the Mariner's Cove restaurant or relax and take in a sporting evening at the Team Spirits Bar. The casino also featured amenities such as a gift shop, free parking and its Northern Rewards Players Club. The Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians owns and operates six casinos and many non-gaming businesses. The tribes most recent venture was the opening of Greektown Casino in Detroit on November 10, 2000.
