History
Robinette Orchards is located in the fruit belt of West Michigan where it was established in 1870 growing cherries, peaches and apples. The farm was purchased by Barzilla Robinette and his son Edward in 1911. Peaches were shipped by boat to Chicago and Milwaukee markets in early days. In recent decades Grand Rapids has grown and the farm has become a retail farm market specializing in the sale of fresh cider, fresh fruit, baked goods, homemade lunches, fudge, and Michigan wines.
