terrible customer service_incorrect order would not correct-got refund after dispute and long wait-rudeness- and didnt know how to give a refund had to call 3 other staff. seemed UNTRAINED in Menu...

This is probably one of the busiest Taco Bell's in the area. There's always a long line in the drive-thru. I sure don't know if there's any urgency with any of the workers because no matter what...

The store itself is good. But there needs to be another one opened in the area. Waits can take up to an hour every night...
