Today we utilize premier outside contractors, and builder/modernization contractors who specialize in manufactured home rehabilitation, and state licensed set-up contractors for the installation and set-up of the homes we sell. Our general contractor can schedule and oversee your project until your receipt of the certificate of occupancy. Many of our sales and deliveries are made to homeowners who wish to set up and or refinish their home themselves, which is an excellent way to save even more money. They currently maintain three specialized toters designed specifically for manufactured homes. This fleet is used for the day to day transportation of sold homes, removal and disposal of old homes throughout Michigan.
