Our dough, and sauce is made fresh in-house every day from our recipes that we built from the ground up. Our cheese blend has a mix of Parmesan, Mozzarella, Provolone, and Asiago. Our Ham is a high quality black forest ham that is slivered, so each portion cooks perfectly and gives off a ton of flavor.
