Valley Design Enterprises was established in 1986 as a powder coating and furniture components supplier. Co-owners Tim Bremseth and Butch Isensee combined their backgrounds in Sales and Engineering to provide their customers with the quality and service they demand and deserve. Each year we look to continual growth while maintaining the confidence and needs of our customers. They chose the small, rural community of Fountain, MN as the site location due to their strong beliefs in the quality work ethics and value systems of the people in the mid-west. The company employs around 140 people and operates over 16 hours a day. It is made up of 5 buildings that cover approximately 100, 000 square feet. Currently, we service over 400 customers. Our customer base is located all across the U.S. and Canada. Valley Design has a highly qualified and experienced staff dedicated to serve the needs of its customers. We understand the value of customer relationships and work very hard to create and maintain them. Over the years, the company has expanded its painting capacity from one powder-coating line to three. We have also added an Autophoretic 915/E3 autodeposition line to broaden our surface technology capabilities and expand into a new customer base. On the manufacturing side we stay competitive by keeping up with the technological advances in the field, with recent additions of Robotic Welders, Laser Machining Center, programmable sanders and Faro Arm Inspecition Devices. This allows us to serve our customers more efficiently by doing everything from designing and machining, to painting and packaging our furniture components, or your parts right here in-house. In 1939, Hemenway Concrete Products was founded by Ray Hemenway I The company produced concrete steps and ornamental iron. Ray Hemenway I was a highly respected businessman and active in the DFL party. Serving as U.S Marshall, Hubert Humphrey's campaign manager. He remained active in the party expand the business to include structural steel, residential and commerial railings, spiral staircases. Ray Hemenway II expanded the plant over 12, 000 sq. ft.
