REM Woodvale offers a range of support services for adults, children and senior citizens with various disabilities. It serves the residents of Mower, Fillmore, Freeborn, Steele and Dodge counties in Minnesota. The agency provides semi-independent living skills training and intermediate care services for individuals with developmental disabilities. REM Woodvale offers supervised living services in a group home setting for people with traumatic brain injuries and other neurological and physical disorders. It administers an in-home mentoring program for developmentally delayed children. The agency also provides a variety of therapeutic support services. In addition, REM Woodvale conducts parent training programs. It is operated by REM Minnesota, which was established in 1967 and offers support services for individuals with mental disabilities.
