Hubert H. Humphrey Terminal, established in 1977, is a part of the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport. It is spread in area of more than 450,000 square foot, and provides services for charter and scheduled airlines. The amenities offered by the terminal include a ticket counter positions, international arrivals facility, baggage carousels, federal inspections services facility, and food, beverage and retail spaces. The regular charter airlines using the building include Champion Air, Omni Air International, Ryan and TransMeridian Airlines. It also has a parking and multi-modal transportation facility that includes parking stalls, transit center serving shuttles, closed-circuit television security and revenue control systems.
