Country Manor first opened its doors over 50 years ago as a modest 64 bed nursing facility. Since then, Country Manor Campus has transformed into multiple campuses, spanning over 160 acres, boasting a senior housing and health care community unlike any other in Central Minnesota. Our Sartell campus includes: private suites, state-of-the-art wellness center including 4 separate therapy gyms, HydroWorx warm water therapy pool, unique therapies like pet, music and massage therapy. Individualized activity and entertainment programming, 3 full-service salon & spas, store, pharmacy, multiple "quick food" options, full-service restaurant and bar, clinic, child care, transportation services, and a 7,000-square-foot Chapel. Country Manor also features beautifully groomed grounds with various gathering areas like the barbeque terrace, sundeck, duck pond, and a secured 1.25-acre court yard. Stone-paved walkways throughout campus guide residents to working gardens and serene sitting areas.

We offer a wide range of home health care which include: skilled nursing, private duty nursing, homemaking, home health aide, IV therapy, respite care, companion care and transportation. Bethesda is a not-for-profit social ministry organization dedicated to serving seniors in West Central Minnesota through residential and community-based health and wellness services. Bethesda has been caring for seniors for more than 100 years! Today, we provide a full continuum of care, including skilled nursing care, short-stay therapy centers, home health care, outpatient therapy, independent and assisted living, adult day services, and wellness center.As a licensed skilled nursing and assisted-living facility, Bethesda must follow state and federal regulations regarding our operations.
