They keep on messing up our billing. Supposed to be locked in but it goes up $30 every bill even though we pay 6-12 months worth at a time. No one cares there and says they will fix it but never...

Beyond awful. Good luck getting your money back if you sign on with them and they fail to show up. My biggest mistake was in prepaying. I cancelled in September and have yet to receive my refund.

I wish I could give zero stars. We switched to a cheaper company due to a huge price increase. It took multiple calls and waiting forever on the phone to cancel service. Then they charge...

We made the switch from SWS to Republic in EP. They have missed our pickups 6 times. 2 of those it's was both garbage and recyclables that were never picked up so it's more like 8 missed pickups....
