Rushmore is a city in Nobles County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 342 at the 2010 census.

Rushmore is the home of Exelon Wind's Wolf Wind Project.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.2 square miles (0.6 km²), all of it land. Rushmore is located in section 19 of Dewald Township, Minnesota. It is situated on the Buffalo Ridge, a drainage divide between the Mississippi River and Missouri River systems.
