The community of St. Vincent de Paul School, serving the thriving communities Maple Grove, Champlin, Osseo, and Brooklyn Park, believes in integrating the teachings of Jesus Christ with the comprehensive education of the student. These religious truths and values will serve as a foundation for the students’ future ministries in the church, family, and community. Each individual from Preschool through 8th grade (middle school) will grow spiritually and academically, realizing the potential God ordained. Our Blessed Days Consist Of: Daily Prayer: Our students pray four times a day. At the beginning of the day, before lunch, after recess, and at the end of the day. School Mass: Our entire school community celebrates a student led Mass on Wednesday at 8:00 AM. Prayer Services: We have student led weekly prayer services during Advent and Lent. Rosary: Two (2) all school Rosary prayer sessions; one in October with the other in May. Classrooms begin praying the rosary in 1st grade. Reconciliation: All students in grades 2nd - 8th receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation during Advent and Lent. Service Projects: Our students participate in monthly service projects. Realizing that parent and guardians are the primary educators, St. Vincent de Paul, through its administrators, teachers, staff, coaches and moderators, works diligently with parents and guardians to help our youth grow in their faith and community. We invite our surrounding communities of Maple Grove, Champlin, Osseo, and Brooklyn Park to visit our school today.
