I wasn't too excited as I pulled into Wendy's this weekend. I've never had a problem with their food (assuming I got what I ordered), but the drive through service has always been horrendous....

If I could give zero stars I would I stood at the counter for 15min three out of the four workers there looked at me kept working as if I was a ghost don't recommend

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Unbelievable how poorly manages this store is. Waited at drive thru for a long time, with no response. Went inside to inquire, and just got shrugs from staff...

Tamara knows my daughter's order when we come through the drive-thru every Sunday on her way to work. Great customer service! Food is always good and they get her order right!

In what restaurant is it ok to serve an ice cold hamburger. Do not stop if you want edible food.
