This program also aims to reduce violence, rebelliousness, and favorable attitudes toward antisocial behavior by 4% by the end of the 2009 fiscal year.The Regional Alcohol & Drug Awareness Resources collection is a library of 300 video and DVD resources, brochures, posters, and up to date articles on alcohol, tobacco, and other drug abuse. Resources are distributed or loaned at no charge to community members engaged in a substance abuse prevention activity, parents, and educators. Technical Assistance and training is also available through the RADAR Center.
