West Jones High School provides classes to students in grades seven through 12. It is a public school with an enrollment of more than 1,370 serving the communities of the Jones County region in Missouri. It offers various subjects, such as science, math, social studies, English and world languages, fine arts and physical education classes. The school comprises a library and media center, cafeteria, fitness center, athletic grounds and various clubs, such as key, beta, choir and drama.
