Too much goop on some of their burgers makes them nothing but a mess to eat. Service can be spotty depending upon location. The standard BK interior design is bit bland anyway.

They could do something about shorting customers orders we order a specialty sandwich. Got home and no specialty sandwich. Totally a wrong way to do business. Don't think I will be visiting them...
