Dr. Day received his medical degree from University of Health Sciences-Kansas City, Mo. He completed his residency at Lakeside Hospital in Kansas City, Mo. "Mosaic Life Care's focus and goals concerning the overall health of the community align well with my own," says Dr. Day. Dr. Day is a physician at Mosaic Life Care at St. Joseph, Family Care North Pointe. He sees pediatric, adolescent and adult patients. He treats diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, infections, depression and anxiety. He also performs skin lesion removal, joint and trigger point injections, laceration repair, skin biopsies and fracture care.

Dr. Dominguez is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine, Kansas City, Kan. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. "I see their strength and am encouraged by the way they persevere." Dr. Dominguez is a physician at Mosaic Life Care at St. Joseph, Family Care North Pointe. He diagnoses and treats adults and children for a variety of illnesses and helps patients to maintain general health. He treats a variety of conditions including diabetes, hypertension, mood disorders and athletic injuries.
