Do NOT be fooled by Schoettler's zip code. These so called "luxury" apartment homes are poorly managed, out dated, and down right dirty. Save your self the pain and agony and don't waste your time...

Struggling to make rent after they raised it over $200 after renewing, emailed the place my check hadn't cleared because of the holiday season and still received late fee of $100. Money hungry place
