Founded in 1994, the Douglass Early Childhood Center is located in Kansas City, Mo. The center serves more than 500 students between the ages of 3 and 5. It offers the Head Start and early childhood education programs. It provides speech and language therapies for students with learning and developmental disabilities. The Douglass Early Childhood Center offers special education programs for students with special needs.
