The service at 3pm on a Saturday was incredibly slow. Maybe they were missing staff or something, but when I pushed the button for service it was a good 10min wait before the cashier got to me....

Don't even want to give it one star. Sat at the drive thru waiting to order for 5 minutes. Thought maybe I'd have better luck at a drive in spot. They were not taking orders there, so back in line...

Slow and very rude. Take 10+minutes to just get a drink most days if your lucky. I have drove off on several occasions.
