I ordered 10 burgers tonight about an hour ago and the meat on all the burgers were not even done at all. The food was very badly handled. The service was horrible. The ambiance was good.

Way too slow! You have to wait at least 30 minutes plus in the drive thru! Totally unacceptable for fast food!!!!
