Chocolate Eclipse

History

I started Chocolates & Truffles (now Chocolate Eclipse) in 2008 without any clear long term goal. I set up a booth at Missoula's Farmers' Market and was soon hooked on the positive feedback from customers. I love making fine chocolate and bringing joy to those who appreciate it. My general food philosophy is to use whole, healthy ingredients to make beautiful, delicious things to eat.

Specialties

Chocolate Eclipse specializes in fine chocolate truffles using natural ingredients and beautiful designs. We do not use waxes, preservatives, or other artificial means to prolong shelf life. Custom designs and company logos can be printed in cocoa butter on each truffle. Join our Chocolate of the Month Club for a new chocolate treat delivered each month.
