Legent Clearing is a broker-dealer securities clearing firm located in Omaha, Neb. The company provides a variety of services for broker-dealers, including trade execution, statement preparation and deposits. Its investment offerings include equities, mutual funds, foreign securities, fixed income investments, options, annuities, WRAP and managed accounts platforms and prime broker accounts. Legent Clearing was formed through the purchase of the clearing arm of the securities firm Kirkpatrick Pettis, a former subsidiary of Mutual of Omaha.
