Downloaded the KFC app tonight and ordered online. As it turns out, you have to go inside to pick up your meal if you order online at KFC. Not sure why the KFC drive-thru can't handle it like...

KFC lost its way very poor chicken and dried out. Potatoes terrible if they're potatoes. Biscuit hard as cement. Customer service terrible. KFC lost a long-term customer. Buyer beware. SAD!

Ordered spicy wings and wedges that returned to menu . Very disappointed as wings were soggy with grease and batter so thick . Wedges were partial wedges and pieces of wedges extremely salty ....
