I had an emergency. I reached Stephanie Kinman at OPPD, and she went above and beyond. Due to my mistake, my utilities went off and were not converted back to me after a tenant moved out. Turns...

OPPD will not allow people on limited incomes to engage in the level payment plan. People with disabilities are paid by the government on a debit card. We do not have routing or account numbers....

The bus stop street light on 30th and Farnam has not been working for 9 months. Poor quality, poor maintenance, never can follow through with what person tells you over the phone. Disgrace to Omaha

Horribly incompetent. Can give CEO a $250K raise but can't update infrastructure to prevent power outages every time the wind blows. Huge failure of a company.

OPPD obviously thinks theyare above the law, and they're probably right. Here's one of their trucks parked in the bikeway despite plenty of available parking a few feet away.
