Seriously. This is a 20 oz latte with no sips taken out. Popped the lid after getting it and this is what we got. My mocha looked the same. Come on Starbucks. It's no longer 20 oz but 16. $7...

I spend way too much money here but the pumpkin cold foam has a choke hold on me. This location could definitely use some more staff as their lobby is always closed due to low staff.
