Get myself a nice view looking out to Lake Mead. Very quiet neighborhood. Lots of running and biking trails in my backyard, which is perfect for me!

Come just hang out by the spa and heated pool, or go hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, paddle boarding, sky diving, helicopter rides, sight seeing at Hoover Dam, you name it, there's something to do here.We are not a traditional campground, all lots are paved and improved, and include 30 and 50 amp service, as well as water and waste. Because of the rules of the Resort we can only accomodate Class A and C RV's, as well as 5th Wheels and Travel Trailers at this Campground in Boulder City, NV.

Management is not very good. Not on top of cc&r docs. Many of the lots are not well maintained. Reporting to management does no good.

Since moving in to the facility several months ago, we have been the victims of bullying by the board of the HOA. They are claiming we are throwing cigarette butts on to the neighboring lot....

This is by far one of the most beautiful RV living parks. Clean, spacious, and quiet.

Unfriendly, Judgmental and Opinionated People. It is NOT an "RV Resort". The people there are NOT RVers. They live there full time! and created a cult. And btw.... yes... NO INTERNET.
