This went well for my Mom..I live near here and she doesn't; it's safe and feels comfortable; other place on the North Side made her feel not safe..the staff is nice and respectful.

Of I could do zero stars I would. Seems like Wealfare services is getting lazy and not doing there job. All these workers there should be no reason someone have to wait for almost 2 hrs on hold.
