Service is horrible. The quality of service was practically nil. The employees take their time and only one door open to help customers. Also, no chairs or place to sit. Long lines.

This location has a staffing problem - if someone is sick or has another engagement, they just close the place down for the day without any consistency. Seems like a US government facility should...
