American home Shield's. fidelity. HSA. Etc. I've worked with the best of the best and I have been a part of companies like that and because of all that I have fixed on average 10 properties a day for 12 years if you do that math I have fixed a lot of houses in Las Vegas it wouldn't be surprising if I have fixed yours before in the past I hope to hear from you soon and have a great afternoon!
